¹² Then Solomon said, “The Lord said that he would live in thick darkness, ¹³ but now I have built you a temple to dwell in, a place where you can abide forever.”

¹⁴ The king then turned around to face the entire assembly of Israel, and he blessed the entire assembly of Israel who stood before him.
